CT Studio

Cointelegraph's brand & NFT studio.

I walked into a failing in-house unit and rebuilt it into a real agency: a 65+ person international team with six-figure recurring revenue, and the home of Cointelegraph's celebrity NFT program.

The opening

A studio that wasn't really a studio.

When I took it over, Cointelegraph's studio was fewer than seven full-time people and two unhappy clients who hadn't paid their bills. Cointelegraph had the audience and the brand. What it didn't have was a creative engine that could turn that reach into revenue.

The turnaround

By the numbers.

What I built

From mess to revenue engine.

  • Rebuilt the unit into CT Studio, a full brand and marketing agency inside Cointelegraph: creative, content, production, social, and partnerships under one roof.
  • Grew the team from fewer than 7 people to a 65+ person international operation.
  • Built recurring monthly revenue into the six figures, with happy clients in place of unpaid invoices.
  • Launched and ran the celebrity NFT program: strategy, art, narrative, and on-site delivery for A-list drops.
The NFT program

Celebrity drops, built end to end.

Snoop Dogg

Celebrity NFT drop, from concept and strategy through on-site delivery.

Alicia Keys

An A-list tentpole activation built and delivered end to end.

Balenciaga

Full NFT creation and marketing. Over $300K in sales during the depths of the bear market.

Where it led

I build revenue engines on other people's brands.

CT Studio is where I proved I can walk into a struggling unit, build a real revenue engine, and stand up the team to run it. It's the same instinct I now bring to founders as a fractional CMO.
